No matter what sport you play - speed, strength and stamina are things you must have in order to beat the competition! Crull Fitness offers personalized training programs for people of all ages specializing in young athletes ranging in age from 5 to 18. All programs are custom tailored to each individual's current level of fitness, desired results and goals. Included are nutritional and supplemental programs, flexibility programs, core strength/abdominal programs, cardiovascular/conditioning and resistance programs, designed specifically for the individual and his/her sport.
Crull Fitness is not just for athletes or people who have worked out most of their lives. We also specialize in training novices. Are you hesitant to work out? Don't be! We will make you comfortable and individualize your work out for your needs and your level of fitness. Experience Crull Fitness! You will not be disappointed.
Fitness should be a lifestyle not a luxury. That's why all of our programs have been made affordable to everyone. Training may be purchased in monthly packages or on a per session basis (See Programs). Sessions are scheduled Monday through Sunday.
