SPORTSPLEX ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT
 

SPX Athletic Development Mission:

Long Term Athletic Development (LTAD) is designed to maximize one's athletic potential throughout the stages of maturing from childhood into adolescences.  All of our programs follow a periodization calendar consisting of Preparation/Corrective Exercise Phase, Competitive Seasons, which is then followed up by Rest and Recovery phase. 

 

SPX Athletic Development Philosophy:

At SPX, we strive to form a partnership with a coach/trainer that allows the athlete to focus on training and competition while the coach handles the workout details.  Our training facility offers a comfortable, supportive and motivating environment for you to workout in.  Areas where our AD Programs can help an athlete improve in are: Self-Confidence, Pre/Post Test Measures, Muscle Mechanics/Co-ordination, Core Strength, Flexibility, Vertical Jump Power, Muscle Strength, Lateral Speed/Agility, and Quickness.
